Early Life and Education
Born and raised in Mumbai, Tanmay grew up in a world where curiosity met creativity. His early years at Sadhana Vidyalaya and Swami Vivekanand High School taught him discipline, teamwork, and the joy of imagination. Evenings spent playing cricket and badminton soon gave way to storytelling, a skill that would define his life’s work.
While pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at SIES College of Commerce and Economics, Tanmay discovered theatre and spent five years performing, directing, and writing for the stage. The experience taught him the essence of communication — that stories aren’t told at people but with them.
He went on to earn a Post Graduate Diploma in Communication from the Xavier Institute of Communications (XIC), where he later served as visiting faculty, and completed a Post Graduate Program at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta), where creativity met strategy and leadership met purpose.
Career
Early Professional Years
Over the past 20 years, Tanmay has led marketing, communications, and brand transformation across SaaS, CPaaS, Deep Tech, and AI. His career includes leadership roles at SAP, Dow Corning, WNS, Icertis, Route Mobile, and USEReady, where he built strategies rooted in precision and storytelling.
SAP (2006–2010)
At SAP, Tanmay revitalized INDUS (India Users of SAP), turning it into one of Asia’s most engaged enterprise user communities. He also led flagship programs such as the SAP Summit, ACE Awards, and Industry Value Network Forums, transforming corporate events into platforms of collaboration and shared innovation.
Dow Corning (2010–2013)
At Dow Corning, he merged storytelling with science. When launching Deflexion, an impact-resistant material, he collaborated with athletes like Matt Crowhurst and Xavier De le Rue — using their lived experiences to demonstrate product strength. The result was a storytelling-led influencer campaign long before it became a global marketing norm.
WNS Global Services (2013–2016)
At WNS, he contributed to strengthening global visibility during its U.S. stock exchange listing, enhancing investor and stakeholder confidence through cohesive communication.
Route Mobile (2017–2020)
At Route Mobile, Tanmay played a key role in brand positioning and communication strategy during its blockbuster IPO, one of the most successful in the CPaaS sector. His efforts helped build long-term investor and market trust.
USEReady (2021–2025)
As Sr. Director and later AVP – Global Marketing & Communications, Tanmay led a global team that elevated USEReady’s visibility among Tableau and Salesforce partners. Under his leadership, the company achieved recognition across top analyst quadrants and strengthened its position as a leader in data and analytics transformation.
Beyond Technology
From SaaS to stadiums, Tanmay’s storytelling extends into the world of sport. He has managed branding and sponsorship for a Mumbai Premier League cricket team and curated corporate engagement experiences at Wimbledon, the US Open, the Cricket World Cup, and Major League Baseball (MLB) games in the United States. Each initiative reinforced his ability to blend emotion, experience, and brand purpose.
Quanta Advisory (2024–Present)
Tanmay currently leads Quanta Advisory, a consulting practice that helps enterprises and startups design precision-led marketing strategies, CXO engagement models, and HR frameworks. Quanta’s philosophy “Where Strategy Meets Precision” mirrors Tanmay’s own approach: connecting creative insight with measurable business value.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Tanmay also co-leads SearchEnds Inclusion Impact (SEII) with HH Prince Manvendra Singh Gohil and Siddharth Ayare. The initiative focuses on embedding lived experience into corporate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) frameworks through sensitization workshops, certification programs, and strategic advisory.
Its five key pillars – Women, LGBTQ+ communities, People with Disabilities (PwD), Veterans, and Mental Wellness, reflect Tanmay’s belief that inclusion is not an initiative but a culture.
Through SEII, he continues his lifelong mission of using storytelling to foster empathy, belonging, and measurable social impact.

Personal Life
Tanmay lives in Mumbai with his spouse Nishy, an HR professional, and their son Vivaan. He credits family as the anchor to his creativity — drawing from Vivaan’s curiosity to view the world with fresh eyes. Whether leading boardroom discussions or telling bedtime stories, his philosophy remains constant:
