Early Life
Babita Khanna pursued her undergraduate studies in Electronics, earning a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from Delhi University. She later completed her MBA from the prestigious Faculty of Management Studies in Delhi, which helped build a strong foundation in business strategy, marketing, and management.
She accumulated more than twenty years of professional experience in marketing, brand development, and brand communications. During her corporate career, she worked with several leading multinational organizations including Hewlett Packard, Ericsson, STMicroelectronics, Xerox, Vodafone, and NIIT Limited. Her final corporate role was Deputy General Manager Marketing at NIIT Limited, where she gained extensive experience in brand leadership and strategic communications.
Career
In October 2022, Babita Khanna founded Bee Celebration with the vision of creating natural, healthy, and holistic products for individuals seeking balance in their daily lives. Her transition into entrepreneurship was driven by her understanding of modern lifestyles and the increasing exposure to chemicals and environmental toxins that affect overall well being.
Urban lifestyles often expose people to pollution, stress, and synthetic ingredients in everyday products. Inspired by this challenge, Babita Khanna aimed to introduce alternatives rooted in nature and traditional wellness practices.
Bee Celebration focuses on Ayurveda inspired wellness products that promote a healthier lifestyle. One of the brand’s signature offerings is a range of Ayurveda candles made from pure beeswax and infused with herbs such as ashwagandha, jatamansi, and giloy along with therapeutic essential oils. Beeswax candles are naturally smokeless and dripless and are believed to release negative ions when lit, which can help neutralize airborne toxins, reduce allergens, and create a calming environment.
The company also produces a carefully curated line of natural cosmetics including cold pressed soaps, after bath oil, hair oil, face toner, and perfumed bath salts. These products are made with natural ingredients and essential oils without harmful chemicals. The soaps are colored using flowers and are completely vegetarian as they do not contain animal fat. Panchrasa after bath oil is prepared from a blend of five nourishing oils, while the hair oil enriched with carrot seed oil is designed to support hair health. The brand’s face toner combines pure rose water with peppermint crystals to provide a refreshing skincare solution.
In addition to personal care products, Bee Celebration offers natural food products such as Bilona Desi Ghee, organic honey, cotton seed latte, and golden turmeric latte. These products are prepared in small batches without chemicals or preservatives to maintain purity and quality.
Bee Celebration has gained recognition among several leading institutions and organizations. Its products are trusted by organizations such as Indian Oil, Oil India Limited, DRDO, HAL, and Powergrid. The brand also supplies products to luxury hotels including Taj, ITC, Radisson, and Hyatt.
In 2025, Bee Celebration achieved an important international milestone when it was selected among twelve MSMEs by the Federation of Indian Women Entrepreneurs and the Ministry of MSME to represent India at Artigiano in Fiera in Milan, Italy.

On 12 January 2024 she was invited to Rashtrapati Bhavan to interact with the Honourable President of India, Droupadi Murmu, in an open dialogue forum. She was among twenty selected members of the Federation of Indian Women Entrepreneurs invited to discuss their business journeys and future goals.
On 2 March 2024 she received the Priyadarshini Award for Startup of the Year from the Federation of Women Entrepreneurs at the Global Economic Summit Mission Possible 2. The award recognized Bee Celebration as one of the most promising startups of the year.
On 23 October 2024 she was honored with the 8th Dr. Sarojini Naidu International Award for her contributions to community development and societal growth. The award was presented by the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry and the International Women’s Film Forum.
In January 2024 she was recognized among the 100 Most Influential Personalities by Fox Story India and received a Certificate of Appreciation.
Earlier, in August 2023, she was also included among the 100 Inspiring Women by Fox Story India.
During her corporate career she received additional recognitions, including a Certificate of Appreciation from STMicroelectronics for contributions toward achieving ISO 9001 certification and the Employee of the Quarter award twice in 2007 at Xerox India Limited. She was also selected to represent Xerox India at Rochester in the United States in 2007.
