Motivated by these experiences, Neha pursued her Master’s in Neuro Physiotherapy from the same institute. Neha started her professional career as a part time physiotherapist at Neel Clinic and Multi Speciality Hospital. She later joined Prayas, New Delhi, as a Research and Documentation Officer between 1997 and 1999. During this period, she worked closely on social development initiatives and programs supporting vulnerable children.

A significant turning point in her career came when she joined the Hemophilia Federation of India as Regional Clinical Psychologist (North) from 2000 to 2003.
