Neha Padia pursued her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at MGM Institute of Health Sciences in Navi Mumbai. Neha Padia began her professional career as a part time physiotherapist at Neel Clinic and Multi Speciality Hospital. In this role, she developed practical skills in teamwork, adaptability, and professional communication. Her dedication and clinical insight influenced the healthcare team’s approach, reinforcing the philosophy that movement plays a critical role in recovery and healing.
She later transitioned into academia, serving as an Assistant Professor at MGM Institute of Health Sciences for over two years. Teaching allowed her to combine clinical knowledge with mentorship, reflecting the influence of her mother’s educational background. During this period, she also identified gaps in rehabilitation services, which sparked her interest in developing innovative and patient focused care models.
