Early life
She is brought up in Delhi, in a family that was truly embodied the philosophy of simple living and high thinking. Born in a higher middle-class family, driven by a “simple living” philosophy aimed at supporting noble causes. Deeply influenced by her parents. Her mission is anchored in the belief that “dignity, when combined with persistence, can evolve from grassroots work into broader societal influence”. She frequently states that her goal is not just to provide aid, but to “serve humanity with dignity”. She has a sister and two brothers who supported her pursuit of a career.
Education
With a strong academic background, she completed her schooling under the CBSE Board and established a solid educational base with a Bachelor of Law degree. Her academic credentials include a law degree (LLB) from Chankya College, further bolstered by a GNIIT Diploma in Software Engineering. Professionally, she is associated with the Rohini Court Bar Association in Delhi.

Transition to Social Activism
With a background encompassing role which has significant professional experience in both the Hyatt -hotel (hospitality); hospital (healthcare); technology and legal,her professional interests pivoted decisively towards serving humanity. The founding of Hamaraa Mission Dignity (HMD) in 2017 exemplifies this commitment, rooted in her philosophy of simple living and serving greater causes. Through her NGO, she has launched several nationwide impactful projects and occupies esteemed positions in global organizations, thereby earning the moniker “Slum Queen.” Her advocacy emphasizes selfless service and compassion, highlighting that genuine empowerment originates from within.In late 2025 and early 2026. She launched her own Production Banner, Cinematic Universe, to create “edutainment” content that inspires children and spreads social awareness with her Brand Ambassador, Mr. Arbaaz. She now uses cinema as a tool to complement her grassroots work, screening these films for children at her HMD Pathshala to teach life lessons through media.

Personal Life
She is married to Rajeev Goyal, whom she frequently credits as a steady source of motivation and a “rock” during the most demanding phases of her social and legal career. She has two sons Paras & Ayaan, both are from IT background.

Her achievements span over three decades, highlighted by prestigious national honors and international leadership roles. Her relentless advocacy has earned her numerous accolades. Her dedication to social work and community welfare has been acknowledged through numerous awards and recognitions over the years. Among her most notable honors is the prestigious Rashtrapati Award, presented at Rashtrapati Bhavan by the former President of India Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma in 1995. This recognition marked an early milestone in her journey of service and commitment to society.
She has also received several other awards including the Padam Seva Puraskar, Mahatma Gandhi Excellence Award, Manikarnika Award, Indian Icon Award, Universal Global Excellence Award, Women Warrior Award, and the FSIA Super Women Award. In addition, Hamaraa Mission Dignity has been honored with the Best NGO Award presented by distinguished dignitaries including Dr. Kiran Bedi and the Kenya Ambassador.
