Early Life and Background
Hema Myer Sood, widely known by her pen name Hemma Myers Sood, is a respected author, spiritual teacher, and intuitive guide whose work combines ancient spiritual traditions with higher dimensional insights. Born in New Delhi and educated in Bengaluru, she later chose Goa as her home, where she continues to pursue her literary and spiritual path.
Her early life was marked by a deep curiosity about spirituality, consciousness, and the mysteries of existence. This inner search gradually evolved into a lifelong journey of spiritual exploration, study, and intuitive practice.
Literary Journey
Hemma began her writing career at the age of twenty nine with the publication of her first book, The Eternal Ocean of Brahma. The book presented a profound interpretation of the Bhagavad Gita inspired by intuitive insights drawn from observing the rhythmic movements of ocean waves. Her unique approach to interpreting sacred wisdom received notable appreciation, and her perceptions were often compared to the intuitive discoveries of scientific thinkers such as Isaac Newton and Archimedes.
Years later, she revisited and expanded the original work, releasing a revised and enriched edition as her eleventh book, Krishn’s Oceanic Gita.
Over the years, Hemma has written across multiple genres including spiritual philosophy, historical fiction, mystical poetry, and intuitive teachings. Her ninth book, Tijara’s Mystery Codes, blends historical fiction with palace intrigue, mystery, and elements of clairvoyance, demonstrating her ability to weave storytelling with spiritual insight.
Her tenth book, Sacred Cords, published in 2022, evolved from her earlier work Karmic Cords. The book was deeply influenced by the personal loss of her only sibling and reflects on the themes of grief, the afterlife, and the enduring connection of souls beyond physical existence.
Hemma is also the author of the Karmic City trilogy which includes Karmic City: The City of Lord Brahma, Karmic City: The City of Lord Vishnu, and Karmic City: The City of Lord Shiva. The trilogy explores the journey of the soul through ancient Indian philosophy, spiritual symbolism, and mystical poetry.
In November 2025, she released her twelfth book, Gratitude: Wisdom from the Sai Avatars, during the Global Akhanda Bhajans commemorating the centenary of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. The book contains 111 channelled messages from Shirdi Sai Baba, Sathya Sai Baba, and Prem Sai Baba, and was widely appreciated for its depth and spiritual resonance.
In February 2026, Hemma released her thirteenth book, The Unspoken, her first poetry collection. The book includes 36 spiritual poems that reflect her personal mystical experiences and inner contemplations.
Spiritual Practice and Channelling
Since 2009, Hemma has been actively practising channelling and has received more than two thousand messages from higher realms. Many of these messages are shared through her Gratitude Series, offering guidance and spiritual insights believed to originate from higher beings.
Her spiritual work focuses on helping individuals expand their awareness and connect with deeper dimensions of consciousness.
In 2021, she channelled over two hundred symbols from what she describes as the Seventh Dimensional Unicorn Collective Fleet. These symbols became the foundation for The Unicorn Oracle Symbols Card Deck, believed to be the first oracle deck created entirely from channelled symbols. Each symbol is intended to transmit cosmic frequencies and spiritual wisdom.
She also developed Divine Unicorns, a guided course that shares channelled knowledge, sacred symbols, and distant spiritual attunements.
Teaching and Healing Work
Hemma is an accomplished Akashic Records reader and trainer. Through her workshops, she teaches participants how to access their own soul records and gain insights into their spiritual journeys. She has also channelled a unique invocation prayer that she describes as facilitating subtle access to the mystical Halls of Amenti.
Her five hour online workshop on channelling shares her personal experience and offers guided meditations and practical methods designed to help individuals connect with higher dimensions.
Alongside her spiritual teaching, Hemma integrates various healing modalities into her work. She is a certified Usui Reiki Grandmaster since 2001, a Money Reiki Grandmaster since 2020, and a Karuna Reiki Master since 2021.
She is also a certified teacher and facilitator of Karmic Constellations and Family Constellations, practices that help individuals explore intergenerational karmic patterns and release inherited emotional imprints.
Her broader expertise includes Ho’oponopono healing, Shadow Mastery coaching, Tarot, Runology, Chaldean Numerology, Access Bars, and Energetic Facelift. She is also a nature and animal communicator and works as a shamanic facilitator, offering multidimensional healing experiences.
In addition, Hemma creates personalized Akashic Cosmic Charts, Cosmic Light Codes, and crystalline grids based on sacred geometry. She often uses crystalline tools such as pendulum dowsing and crystal ball divination to provide intuitive guidance and clarity.
