Aparna Banerjee is a contemporary Indian artist and the founder of The Art Lounge Nirvana in Gurgaon, an art gallery and studio that encourages artistic dialogue, cultural engagement, and creative learning.
Her artistic journey reflects both global exposure and strong cultural grounding. She has exhibited in 29 countries and has organized and participated in more than 100 exhibitions worldwide.
Her work moves between figurative compositions on paper and vibrant floral abstractions. The figurative works often explore emotion, identity, and the human experience, while her floral abstractions celebrate movement, rhythm, and the expressive power of color.
Alongside her own practice, Aparna is also deeply involved as a curator, mentor, and organizer.
